ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using YESPO’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
YESPO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny boarding, or terminate any active or ongoing trip if a passenger is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a safety or operational concern.
YESPO may refuse service under any circumstances it deems appropriate. No refunds will be issued for transportation, bookings, or any bundled services once a violation has occurred.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
YESPO’s strong commitment to Professionalism and Quality is dedicated to providing a secure, comfortable, and memorable experience to all its clients.
To uphold these standards, all clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Clients are required to:
• Treat YESPO vehicles, drivers, and property with respect and care.
• Follow all driver instructions related to safety, boarding, and exiting the vehicle.
• Refrain from any behavior that may endanger themselves, the driver, other passengers, or the public.
• Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct at all times.
• Comply with all YESPO policies regarding prohibited items and substances, including weapons, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, and marijuana use.
Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in termination of service, refusal of future service, the imposition of applicable fees, or notification of appropriate authorities when required.
IMPORTANT:
LIABILITY FOR VEHICULAR ACCIDENTS
YESPO shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any vehicular accidents, collisions, or road-related incidents occurring before, during, or after the provision of services. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents caused by third-party drivers, pedestrians, wildlife, road obstructions, construction, adverse weather conditions, mechanical or technical issues, or any other factors outside YESPO’s direct and reasonable control.
Clients understand and acknowledge that the operation of any motor vehicle involves inherent risks. Accordingly, YESPO assumes no responsibility for any injuries, harm, loss of life, damages to personal belongings, financial losses, missed flights or appointments, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from or related to such incidents.
In the event of an accident, YESPO and its drivers will comply with all legally required reporting processes and cooperate fully with relevant authorities. However, any claims, disputes, or compensation requests must be directed to the appropriate insurance carriers, third parties, or responsible entities.
YESPO shall not be obligated to provide reimbursement, refunds, credits, replacements of service, or any form of compensation resulting from such events.
LUGGAGE
Standard Luggage Allowance
The maximum luggage allowance for all YESPO services and tours is four (4) pieces of standard luggage. A standard luggage piece is defined as:
• Up to 62 linear inches in total dimensions, and
• A maximum weight of 50 pounds (23 kg) per piece.
YESPO Luggage Load (Recommended)
For optimal comfort, safety, and efficient use of vehicle space, YESPO recommends clients limit their load to:
• Two (2) standard luggage pieces, and
• Two (2) carry-on items
per booking, unless otherwise arranged.
Oversized & Additional Luggage
Luggage exceeding the standard size or weight limits, or exceeding the maximum allowance of four (4) standard pieces, may not fit in the reserved vehicle.
In such cases, Clients must notify YESPO in advance to secure an appropriately sized vehicle. Additional charges may apply for vehicle upgrades, extra luggage handling, or special accommodations.
Oversized items such as sports equipment, strollers, musical instruments, or specialty gear must be disclosed prior to the trip to ensure proper arrangements. YESPO reserves the right to refuse transport of undeclared oversized or excess luggage if it compromises safety, space, or vehicle capacity.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
YESPO takes pride in the quality service it provides to all its clients. To maintain vehicle cleanliness, comfort, and the quality standards of the YESPO experience, eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly NOT ALLOWED. An exemption to this policy will only include bottled drinks such as water, juice and soda.
SMOKING
Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vape devices—is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside all YESPO vehicles.
ACCESSIBILITY AND CHILD SAFETY EQUIPMENT
YESPO does not currently provide wheelchair-accessible transportation services.
Clients who require mobility assistance devices must ensure that they are able to board and exit the vehicle safely with their own support resources.
In accordance with New York City and New York State driving regulations, the use of appropriate child safety seats— including infant seats, child seats, or booster seats—is the responsibility of the client.
Clients have the liberty to provide their own child safety equipment or avail of YESPO’s rental safety equipment in advance. Any costs associated with acquiring or renting child safety or booster seats will be fully shouldered by the client.
Clients are required to notify YESPO at the time of booking if a child safety seat or booster seat will be needed to ensure proper preparation and compliance with applicable laws.

CLEANLINESS AND INCIDENT POLICY
YESPO is committed to maintaining a sanitary and professional environment within all its vehicles. Any conduct that compromises the cleanliness of the vehicle—including, but not limited to, accidental or deliberate vomiting, spitting, as well as accidental spills or incidents resulting in the soiling or damage of the vehicle’s interior or exterior—may be subject to monetary fines ranging from $500 – $2,000, to include cleaning fees and associated charges in accordance with YESPO’s established rates.
DAMAGE OR LOST ITEMS
YESPO is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or damaged during the duration of the trip/tour. Clients are encouraged to ensure that all personal items are secured and accounted for before boarding and exiting the vehicle.
PEAK SEASON TRAFFIC AND DELAYS
YESPO shall not be held liable for any delays in arrivals, departures, or completion of services resulting from traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond YESPO’s control.
Clients are advised to plan accordingly especially during peak seasons and travel holidays, as such delays do not qualify for refunds, travel incentives/discounts or compensation.
VEHICLE BREAKDOWN AND SERVICE CONTINUITY
In the unlikely event of a vehicle malfunction or breakdown during a scheduled trip, YESPO will assume full responsibility for all costs associated with addressing the incident. This includes any expenses related to securing replacement transportation, route adjustments, or delays directly caused by the mechanical issue.
YESPO is committed to minimizing disruptions and will make every reasonable effort to ensure continued service and passenger safety.
PRIVACY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
YESPO highly values Privacy as a core aspect of its service and professional relationship with all its clients and partners. While privacy is respected at all times, it does not override the requirement for full adherence to YESPO policies and regulations and all applicable New York City and New York State laws.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all items in their possession are lawful and compliant with relevant regulations at all times.
All YESPO drivers are trained in safety and compliance procedures and are authorized to act in accordance with company policies and applicable laws to protect the safety, integrity, and legal compliance of every trip.
BOOKING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur a service fee; however, the client remains responsible for any bank or transaction charges associated with the refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost, plus any applicable bank or transaction charges.
No-Show Policy
A client will be considered a no-show if:
They do not arrive at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, and they fail to communicate with YESPO or the assigned driver.
In a no-show event:
• The booking will be automatically canceled.
• The client will be charged 100% of the total booking amount, including any applicable bank or transaction fees.
• No refunds or credits will be issued.
Rebooking Policy
YESPO does not charge rebooking fees, provided rebooking requests must be submitted more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time.
IMPORTANT: Rebooking within 24 hours is not permitted and will be treated as a no-show, resulting in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount, plus applicable bank or transaction fees.
YESPO Hourly
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GRACE PERIOD
YESPO provides a 30-minute grace waiting period for clients at the agreed-upon pickup time and location. During this grace period, no additional waiting charges will apply.
Should the client require waiting time beyond the 30-minute allowance, standard waiting time fees will apply.
MANDATORY STOP OVERS
For safety and operational standards, YESPO Hourly requires a mandatory 15-minute stopover for every 100 miles traveled. Stopovers will take place at designated locations such as gas stations, food stops, or travel plazas. This policy is strictly enforced for the well-being of both clients and drivers.
50-MILE PER HOUR RULE
YESPO enforces a maximum allowable travel distance of 50 miles per hour under the hourly package. This guideline ensures safe driving conditions and aligns with route planning, speed regulations, and overall service efficiency.
COMPLIMENTARY FUEL
The YESPO Hourly package includes a complimentary full tank of gas.
Once the initial full tank is consumed:
• Additional fuel costs will apply for all subsequent consumption during and after the booked trip(s).
• Any unused portion of the complimentary first tank has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-convertible.
FORCE MAJEUR AND UNEXPECTED ROUTE CHANGES
In the event of force majeure circumstances—such as severe weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, road closures, or other unforeseen events beyond YESPO’s control—routes may require modification for safety or regulatory compliance.
Should such unexpected changes result in additional travel time or detours, YESPO will assume any associated operational costs directly related to the route adjustment.
CLIENT-REQUESTED ROUTE OR DESTINATION CHANGES
Should a client request any alteration to the originally scheduled route or destination during the trip, the client will be responsible for all additional costs incurred as a result of such changes.
This may include extended travel time, mileage differences, tolls, surcharges, or any other associated fees.
IMPORTANT: Client-initiated route modifications are not covered under YESPO’s force majeure provisions and will be billed in accordance with YESPO’s established rate structure.
FIREARMS/WEAPONS, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND ALOCHOL POLICY
YESPO upholds the highest standards of safety, discretion, and professionalism.
As a licensed transport provider in New York City, we strictly comply with all NYC, New York State, and federal laws governing the possession and transport of weapons. These standards ensure a secure environment for our clients, drivers, and partners.
PROHIBITED ITEMS – LEGAL AND ILLEGAL FIREARMS AND WEAPONS
To maintain a safe and lawful service environment, YESPO clients and their guests are prohibited from carrying or transporting any items classified as illegal weapons, including but not limited to:
• Firearms or ammunition possessed whether with or without valid permits or licenses
• Unregistered, modified, or unlawfully concealed weapons
• Pocket knives, kitchen knives, gravity knives, switchblades, metal knuckles, and all items banned by NYC regulations
• Explosives, hazardous devices, hazardous chemicals, and or other materials posing safety risks and any additional items considered illegal under local, state, or federal law

PROHIBITED ITEMS – ILLEGAL DRUGS
Illegal drugs include, but is not limited to:
• Controlled substances without valid prescriptions
• Illegal narcotics of any kind
• Drug paraphernalia or items intended for unlawful drug use
• Any substance prohibited under applicable local, state, or federal law
USE OF MARIJUANA
While some areas of New York allow adults aged 21 and over to legally use marijuana, YESPO strictly prohibits the use, smoking, vaping, or consumption of marijuana in any form inside any YESPO vehicle. To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients, the following actions are NOT ALLOWED:
• Smoking or vaping marijuana and any cannabis-related product
• Consuming edibles, oils, or any ingestible cannabis items
• Carrying burning, lit, or actively used cannabis products
• Creating strong odors, fumes, or vapors associated with marijuana use
Clients are fully responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing the legal and recreational use of marijuana. This includes possession and transport within NYC and New York state.

PROHIBITED ITEMS – ALCOHOL
The consumption of open alcoholic beverages inside YESPO vehicles is strictly prohibited. The possession of sealed alcoholic beverages is only allowed once authorized in advance by YESPO management. Clients must ensure that all alcohol bottles/beverages in their possession remain sealed and stored properly during transport.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY FOR FIREARMS, WEAPONS AND ILLEGAL DRUGS
YESPO enforces a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy regarding any violation of its firearms, weapons, and illegal drugs regulations. Any attempted, intentional, or suspected violation—including the discovery or presence of illegal drugs, unauthorized weapons, or licensed or unlicensed firearms—will result in immediate action.
No refunds will be issued if YESPO service is denied or discontinued due to the violation of stated policies. At its sole discretion, YESPO reserves the right to:
• Decline or cancel any active booking,
• Immediately terminate an ongoing or active trip,
• Blacklist the client and refuse all future services, and
• Notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities, when required by law or deemed necessary for safety.
DRIVER PROTOCOL AND DISCRETION
YESPO’s foremost priority is the safety and well-being of all its clients and drivers.
IMPORTANT: Clients who display signs of impairment, intoxication, or unsafe behavior—whether resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, marijuana use, vaping, or the use of illegal drugs—may be denied boarding at the driver’s discretion.
If impairment or unsafe conduct is observed during a trip, the driver may immediately discontinue service to ensure safety.
In any situation involving violations—or suspected violations—related to illegal drugs, firearms, or other weapons, and alcohol intoxication, drivers may notify YESPO management and, when necessary, contact the appropriate authorities.
YESPO reserves the right to decline or terminate its service at any time under these circumstances. NO REFUNDS will be issued for trips and services that are denied, interrupted, or discontinued due to a client’s impairment, intoxication, or unsafe behavior.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
YESPO reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect operational updates, legal requirements, policy adjustments, or other business reasons. YESPO will notify clients of material changes by updating the “Updated” date at the top of this document. Clients’ continued use of YESPO services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.
