Booking Policy
Booking with Yespo is simple and secure. Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Please ensure that all travel details (such as date, time, location, and flight information) are accurate. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand plans can change. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. In case of flight delays or cancellations, we will adjust your booking at no extra cost if notified promptly. Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you share (such as your name, contact details, and travel information) will only be used to provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.
Service Commitment
Yespo is committed to providing reliable, safe, and comfortable rides. All vehicles are licensed, insured, and well-maintained, and our drivers are trained to offer professional and courteous service. Please note that external factors such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. For safety reasons, Yespo reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.
Payment Policy
All rides must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online system. Our pricing is fully transparent with no hidden fees.
Luggage Policy
Each passenger may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. Oversized or additional luggage should be declared when booking to ensure space. While we take care of your belongings, Yespo is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or left behind.
Child & Special Needs Policy
Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking. If you have special travel needs, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
